Audi has launched a new program that will offer drivers access to a fleet of its cars.
For now, the system is being implemented for the residents at a luxury condominium in San Francisco and Four Seasons residences in Miami.
The system will provide the residences with a ‘new way to experience the Audi brand’.
While the San Francisco complex is still yet to be completed, when it is finished it will be the first residential area on the West Coast to provide the service.
People will now be able to instantly book a variety of Audi cars, which are specified with Prestige trim and come with the ability to access customer care at anytime.
To be able to access a car, all residents need to do is register through the property’s concierge, visit the ‘Audi at home’ website and reserve the model that they desire.
Mark Del Rosso, Audi USA VP said: “Spontaneity, personalisation and customisation is core to the Audi at home service. It provides a truly premium experience that suits their daily life and needs, whether it’s a car for a quick getaway out of the city or an extra vehicle guests.”
For this service, users are charged either hourly or daily, with this covering such costs as fuel, insurance and unlimited mileage. The vehicles are also rotated regularly, meaning that users will be offered a new fleet.
