A Nissan Skyline sports car driven by Paul Walker in Fast & Furious 4, is to go under the hammer to raise money for the late actor’s charity.

The car, an R-34 generation Skyline GT-R, is admired by car enthusiasts the world over for its supercar-slaying performance and trick chassis technology.

Launched in 1999, the Skyline was advanced for its time, featuring traction control systems and rear-wheel steering for increased agility.

186mph

The R34 Nissan Skyline GT-R would comfortably keep pace with its supercar contemporaries.

It used a twin-turbocharged 2.6-litre engine developing 330bhp, and featured a complicated on-board computer allowing drivers to download their lap telemetry for analysis.

What makes this car even more unique is that it is in completely standard factory tune – a rarity for this model, which was at one time the darling of the performance modification community.

Sporting a whopping 1million Euro price tag, the car is being sold by auction house GTA International.

Whoever stumps up the cash will also get an original copy of Universal Pictures’ rental agreement for the car, proving it was the same model used in the film franchise.

Proceeds from the sale will go to Reach Out Worldwide, which provides relief to victims of natural disasters and other crisis events.

Paul Walker died late last year when he and friend Roger Rodas crashed in an exotic Porsche Carrera GT while at a charity supercar event.
