Legendary supercar maker Pagani has announced that they will deliver the next generation of car retail by providing a virtual dealership. It hopes that the new experience will provide an incredibly immersive environment in which to buy a car.

Created by 3D visualisation specialists ZeroLight, the experience will take customers through a virtual variety, offering them a truly personal car configurator.

The technology will immerse Pagani customers in a live and interactive 3D scene in which they are allowed to completely personalise and create their own car on ultra high-definition displays located in the dealerships.

The entire project is being planned for a reveal at private car previews during Monterey Car Week, where it will be revealed to dealers and selected customers.

Customers will be shown real-life mechanical parts such as carbon fibre along with leather and paint samples which are blended together with state of the art graphics.

The idea behind the project is to allow customers the freedom of choice that would be on offer at Pagani’s factory in Italy, but whilst in a dealership that is located in a more accessible area.

Horatio Pagani who founded the Pagani marque, stated how “the ZeroLight digital retail solution is a critical addition to our vision of how the Pagani customer will discover and configure their Pagani vehicles in the future”.

ZeroLight’s founder said: “There is no better showcase for the capability of ZeroLight’s car configurator technology than the automotive and design excellence of a Pagani vehicle”.

The technology is on track to revolutionise how people, choose, configure and even purchase Pagani cars.
