Hyundai has announced a range of offers that are said to offer customers the ‘most significant savings ever seen across the line-up’.

Running in tandem with the brand’s existing deposit contributions, Hyundai is offering further savings as part of its ‘Upgrade Event’.

The most significant savings are available on the seven-seat Santa Fe SUV, which is available with a £3,000 saving, in addition to the existing £3,000 deposit contribution.

The brand’s outgoing 2020 Tucson crossover is also available with a £1,750 saving, but that’s in addition to the significant £4,500 deposit contribution also available to clear stock of the model.

Even the brand’s latest models, such as the new Tucson, i20 supermini and updated Kona crossover, which have only just arrived in showrooms, are available with the savings, with a £600 upgrade saving available on the trio, in addition to deposit contributions ranging from £1,250 to £2,000.

Significant discounts are also offered on the brand’s many electrified options, with the Ioniq Hybrid and Plug in Hybrid both available with a saving of £1,750, along with a deposit contribution of the same amount.

Hyundai has said that new models must be ordered in February and registered by the end of March 2021 to benefit from the offers. However, Hyundai has said that, with the expectation of lockdown restrictions easing next month, customers will still be able to test drive a car once allowed, and can cancel their order without any penalty if it doesn’t suit them.

Ashley Andrew, Hyundai UK managing director, said: “Even with our showrooms operating digitally, and with all the expertise of our retailer staff at the end of a video call or a live chat, sometimes a test drive is absolutely necessary – especially for someone who may be unfamiliar with our hybrid, plug-in hybrid or fully electric models.

“That’s why we’ve chosen to help our customers with this limited time Upgrade Event; not only do buyers get access to some of our best ever offers but they can buy with the full confidence of being able to cancel following a test drive in March.”
