Driving a BMW M6 on the Arctic Tundra looks like epic fun
Anyone who knows anything about cars knows that oil is really quite important. Unfortunately for companies that make oil, it’s not the most exciting subject to try to promote.
That’s why American oil company Pennzoil creates action-packed YouTube videos to advertise its performance car oils.
Its Joyride series has seen a Dodge Challenger Hellcat drift on city streets, a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon blast across sand dunes and a Ferrari 488 GTB attack a race circuit in the dead of night.
For its latest film, Pennzoil wanted to promote the fact its oils can work in extreme temperatures. To do this, it shipped a BMW M6 to the frozen lakes of Calgary, Canada.
Precision driver Rhys Millen then hooned the German coupe across the icy landscape, all beautifully shot and edited together into nearly three minutes of automotive awesomeness.
So sit back, turn your speakers up, and enjoy!
