It’s the cinema event of the moment. The hype machine around the F1 blockbuster ‘Rush’ is in full swing. We’ve been teased with trailers, the red carpet has been rolled out for the premiere and the film edges closer to its September 13 general release.

If you didn’t already know (and where have you been?), Rush documents the intense rivalry between drivers James Hunt and Niki Lauda during their battle for the 1976 World Championship.

From the footage that has been released so far, it seems the film tells the story without daubing it in Hollywood glitz and far-fetched action sequences. Even Aussie actor Chris Hemsworth manages a (reasonably) passable English accent playing the charismatic Hunt.

Now, though, there is a new teaser for the film, done entirely in Lego. Quite incredibly US based F1 fan Edward Hunter has obsessively re-created each scene of the brooding trailer from the popular kid-bricks, with everything from the grimacing faces to the bodywork crunching crashes represented in not-so-lifelike detail.
