Renault has released pricing and specification details for its new Scénic and Grand Scénic models that are on sale from December 1st.

The new five-seater Scénic starts at £21,445 OTR, which is for the Expression+ TCe 115 model, with the Grand Scénic starting from £23,375 in the same trim.

From the base Expression+ model, the updated MPV is fitted with high-end technology, such as lane departure warning, traffic sign recognition and automatic high/low beam headlamps, with interior features including a seven-inch touchscreen with infotainment system and AUX input with Bluetooth connectivity.

The practicality of the Scénic and Grand Scénic models isn’t lost, with the 572-litre boot of the five-seat model and 596-litre boot of the seven-seat design with the two seats folded down.

On the outside of the Grand Scénic, you get roof rails as standard. Optional packs are available for models in the Dynamique Nav trim level and above, including the Safety Pack, Safety Pack Premium and Leather Pack Premium, which help to add to the feel and aesthetic of the models.

The cars come with a choice of five engines, including the 110hp turbodiesel unit which will come with a Hybrid Assist option in Spring 2017. This can improve efficiency up to 80.7mpg and reduce CO2 emissions to as low as 92g/km.

It can be fitted to both the Scénic and Grand Scénic. This is the fourth generation of the Scénic and the third version of the Grand Scénic, deliveries of the new models will start later on in December.
