Orders are now being taken for Peugeot’s 508 SW, with deliveries set to begin on July 1.

Peugeot has also revealed the UK pricing and specifications for the estate version of the 508.

The base trim level is Active, which includes 17-inch alloy wheels, an electrically adjustable driver’s seat, automatic headlights and an eight-inch touchscreen display with DAB radio, plus support for both Apple Car Play and Android Auto. This trim is available from £26,845.

Next up is the Allure grade, available from £28,145. This upgrade means your 508 SW gains active suspension, blind spot assistance, automatic high beam, keyless entry and go, a 180-degree reversing camera and a 10-inch infotainment display.

Next in the range is GT Line, which adds a slight sporting edge to the SW. Self-levelling LED headlights and ‘Claw Effect’ rear lights, the ‘i-Cockpit Amplify’ interior lighting system and a synthesised engine note are all added, with pricing starting at £29,895.

The 508 SW range is to be topped by the GT trim level. Starting at £38,020, it brings Peugeot’s Drive Assist Pack Plus, which includes adaptive cruise control and lane positioning assist. In addition, it also gains 19-inch alloy wheels, Nappa Mistral leather seat trim and a Focal premium sound system.

A First Edition model is also on the market, though it will prove to be very exclusive. Restricted to just 75 UK examples, this limited-edition grade adds night vision technology and a 360-degree reversing camera, plus fully-automated parking assistance. It starts at £40,819.

Two petrol and four diesel engines are available in the 508 SW, with a plug-in hybrid variant due to arrive in October 2019.
