Porsche has launched a hybrid superyacht.

Called the Dynamiq GTT 115, it costs a staggering £11.8 million and is more than 35 metres long.

It has been designed as a hybrid yacht, with a range of 3,400 nautical miles and can travel at a cruising speed of 21 knots thanks to two V12 diesel engines that produce 1,627bhp.

The interior was designed by Porsche’s in house design studio, Studio F.A and is expected to be a minimalist affair inside with lots of light and airy colours, such as hardwood floors and chocolate brown furniture along with light grey sofas and chairs.

Porsche teamed up with Dynamiq – a Monaco-based company to create the yacht. Sofa experts Minotti also collaborated by supplying many of the materials including the carbon-fibre detailing and Sahara Noir marble.

The exterior is a striking metallic grey colour and looks almost stealth-like thanks to minimalist looks, a sharp-styled bow, and tinted glass all-round.

The boat has been created to take six passengers and six crew. It has also been designed to include similar shapes and designs to Porsche cars from the company’s long illustrious history, for example the material used on the throw cushions is the same as you’ll find on the seats of a 911R.

Speaking to online boat magazine Boat, Roland Heiler, CEO of Studio F.A. Porsche said: “Taking the spirit of high-performance sportscar styling to the high seas, the Dynamiq GTT 115 is designed to appeal to car lovers and forward-thinking yacht owners who appreciate the advantages of speed, style and our philosophy of intelligent performance.”

So far seven yachts have been made, and it will make its public debut at the Monaco Yacht Show later this month.
