The Clio is set to be available from £14,295 in base trim when order books open in October.
For that money you get the base spec Play model, which comes with LED headlights, air-conditioning, cruise control and speed limiter, DAB radio and a two-inch multimedia screen.
Put a little more money down – £15,295 to be precise – and you can net the Clio Iconic, which gains 16-inch diamond cut alloy wheels, rear parking sensors, a leather steering wheel, a seven-inch infotainment touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, as well as satellite navigation.
For a price that is to be confirmed, you can upgrade to the Clio S Edition. This model adds a seven-inch instrument cluster in place of conventional dials, plus a 9.3-inch infotainment screen. It also features 17-inch alloy wheels, climate control and automatic wipers and headlights.
Those seeking a sportier look will flock to the Clio R.S. Line, which features a £17,795 starting price.
This model features a Renault R.S.-inspired bodykit, 17-inch alloy wheels, a rear-view camera and front parking sensors.
The Clio range will include a pair of 1.0-litre petrol engines, one of which packs a 128bhp punch courtesy of a small turbocharger, as well as a single diesel unit.
