Bugatti’s new hypercar, the Chiron, has been caught on camera being unloaded from a truck.
The Chiron, which is set to become one of the most powerful road cars ever made, is powered by an 8.0-litre quad-turbo W16 engine that was used in its predecessor, the Veyron.
However, the engine’s power output has now been increased, meaning that it now produces 1,500bhp. This allows the Chiron can reach 62mph in a staggering 2.5 seconds, and carry up to a claimed top speed of 260mph. An equally incredible figure is the jump from 0-124mph in just 6.5 seconds – the same as most hot hatches take to reach 62mph.
The Chiron was being unloaded from a transporter, but the delivery driver kindly gave the car’s spectators show – revving the engine and allowing people to fully enjoy the W16’s sound.
The car was being displayed at the Vienna Motor Symposium.
