Seat has announced its pricing for the compact Ateca SUV.
Priced from £17,990, the Ateca is sure to make an impact on the SUV market, offering a decent amount of technology and equipment at a competitive price.
With a choice of five engines including two petrol and two diesels, the Ateca offers something for everyone. Four-wheel-drive is also available for both diesel cars. A 1.6-litre diesel provides the best choice for those look for low-cost motoring, bringing with it a claimed economy figure of 65.7mpg.
Even the entry level ‘S’ car features air conditioning, a five-inch touchscreen and split-folding rear seats. There’s also 17-inch alloy wheels and LED daytime running lights there to give the Ateca a premium feel both inside and out.
After a positive response at its initial launch at the Geneva Motor Show, the Ateca is sure to be a hit with buyers. With a range of engines and trim levels to choose from, the Ateca should appeal to young families as well as those looking for a little bit more space.
Top of the range XCELLENCE model has the highest amount of technology available, offering a wireless phone charging point, multi-coloured ambient interior lighting as well as auto lights and wipers. On the outside, the XCELLENCE model brings with it larger 18-inch alloy wheels, chrome roof rails and chrome double exhaust pipes.
The Ateca will be available to order from the 8th May, with the car being launched in showrooms on the 9th September.
