Audi has revealed a range of changes that it has made to its A6 executive saloon.
With SE Executive now replacing the standard SE trim level, the A6 now benefits from more more pronounced air inlets with gloss black highlights, as well as restyled rear bumper.
Black Edition and S line models have also been updated, with matte black-surrounded radiator grilles now included.
In a move that will be welcomed by smartphone users, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto has now been added as an option to the A6. With better integration now available, drivers need simply to plug their smartphone into the car’s USB port to diplay their phone’s apps and features on the main screen.
Deluxe four-zone climate control is now included, as well as full leather upholstery for every model. A 180-watt speaker system is also used to provide the very best sound for owners, controlled through Audi’s Music Interface.
The A6 now features full LED interior lighting and front seat heating, as well as electric lumbar control.
Outside, Audi’s executive saloon now has LED tail lights providing the very best visibility at the rear, as well as bi-xenon headlights at the front.
The Audi A6 offers tremendous value for money, benefitting from a large amount of standard equipment and technology. The base saloon retails at £32,995, with the Avant costing slightly more £35,095. Orders for the car open in May, with first deliveries being rolled out in the summer.
