Hyundai has all but revealed its sporty-looking Tucson N-Line in a set of new teaser images.

Following the unveil of the new Tucson crossover in September, Hyundai has now given a first look at the N-Line grade, which brings sporty styling to this SUV and takes inspiration from the brand’s ‘N’ performance division.

While yet to be fully unveiled, the new images show the styling changes that the N-Line will get over the standard Tucson – including a sportier bodykit incorporating revised bumpers, side sills, a larger spoiler and new rear diffuser. A larger set of alloy wheels are also fitted.

The interior, while not shown, is set to follow other N-Line models in bringing sports seats and a revised steering wheel and gearknob to the Tucson, along with red accents throughout. Unique colours and equipment are also likely to benefit from the model.

Hyundai says N-Line models are “designed for customers who are looking for an even more dynamic design and driving experience”, and currently offers N-Line trims on its i10, i20 and i30, with the Kona crossover getting the trim shortly.

The latest Tucson is quite a radical departure from its predecessor – both in terms of design, technology and powertrains, with a range of hybrids being launched on the new car.
