Those familiar with the safe and steady Volvos of old are in for a shock with this new Concept Coupe.
Sitting low and wide, it's a welcome change of tack from the Swedish brand, and hints at the styling of future production models.
Its shape has been inspired by the p1800 Coupe of the 60s, infused with modern twists like uniquely shaped front and rear lights and a floating grille.
Sadly, it's not likely to reach a showroom near you anytime soon, but gives great promise as to the direction Volvo is taking its cars.
