This is the embarrassing moment the owner of a £120,000 Bentley Flying Spur had to be towed from the sand, after getting stuck on a beach in Cornwall.

The Flying Spur, which weighs around 2.5 tonnes and can reach 200mph, got stuck after driving onto a beach in Marazion near Penzance.

It took a team of locals more than three hours to get the car off the beach, which was eventually rescued by a tractor.

The weight of the car made it difficult for even a tractor to pull out, with the towrope coming loose multiple times in the video.

Reports say that the tractor actually snapped the Bentley’s towing eye, which would have made getting the stricken car off the beach even more difficult.

There are no reports yet as to why the Bentley was parked on the beach, but there’s no doubt that the driver won’t be going down there again.
